  2. Hi everyone, I've read several guides but I just want to make sure I have this down 100%. I'm sending my packet in a few days and I just want to make sure this is the proper order. First, the packet is mailed in one of those manila paper envelopes with "Original Submission, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (Form I-751)." typed on it. I also have to make sure it's being sent to the USCIS center that corresponds to my state. Inside of the packet (in order).. 1) Two checks ($85 Biometrics and $595 I-751....both written to the department of homeland security) 2) Cover letter (which is basically a short explanation of what the application is for (petition to remove conditions on residence..etc..and what the contents of the packet are) 3) Form G-1145 (to receive digital notification of status of the packet) 4) Form I-751 5) Copy of front and back of green card (residence card) 6) Evidence of legitimate marriage (COPIES ONLY) and.... that's it? If you'd like to add any tips or additional info please do so! I have some random questions, as well. -Besides the form I-751, is there any where else the petitioner and spouse should sign their names? -The petitioner's name and A-number should be written at the top of every picture? -we can use tabs at the bottom to separate sections -should it be OK to use just a binder clip to hold the packet together? or is it recommended to do the 2 hole punch at the top with a fastener? I'd appreciate any other important tips, thank you.
  3. Hi everyone, would anyone know where I can find demonstration I-751 packets (from cover letter to legitimate marriage evidence), basically absolute start to absolute finish..? I'm going to mail my packet in next week but would like to check some up-to-date examples. Thank you
