    I met my fiancée Cintya in the US at a professional confence. She immigrating from Mexico. We filed I-129F for a K-1 visa in May 2020. I am a US citizen. She last visited me in the US March 2020, and I have been visiting her in Mexico every few months since we started the visa process.

  1. Ok thanks - I guess the first one should be interpreted as "all three years of that LPR status". Makes sense!
  2. My wife and I married about 5 months before she got her green card. The Visa Journey site says that she is eligible to apply for citizenship on or after our 3-year anniversary (November of this year): But the USCIS web site seems to imply that the 3-years is after the original green card issue date (April of next year): So which date is it? Also - the info about applying 90 days early is a little scarce. Can we apply 90 days before whichever date (Nov or April)? Thanks for the help! Aaron and Cintya.
  3. My wife filed I-751 to remove conditions on her Green Card, but she received an extension letter (I-797) granting 2 year extension. She is coming up on 3 years and can apply for citizenship. Does she have to wait for a green card renewal? Or is the extension letter enough? Thanks! Aaron and Cintya.
