  1. Thank you very much!
  2. Silly, I know. But what do we answer here? I am assuming yes, because we are here because of the K1. But is this possibly asking about past filings? Thank you.
  3. I sent inquiries every week. I’d send on a Friday and usually got a response by the following Thursday.
  4. I-129F NOA2 : 2023-07-11 NVC Received : 2023-08-10 Date Case #, IIN, and BIN assigned : 2023-08-24 6ish weeks for ours.
  5. Ours took almost 2 weeks. I was getting worried, then it finally arrived.
  6. I’m a little foggy on your timeline. Your ceac screencap says case created 23 Aug. Does that mean your case went from ‘At NVC’ to ‘Ready’ at the embassy in 9 days, and you seemingly completely bypassed ‘In Transit’? We received a response to our public inquiry that our case was created 23 Aug as well, but has not moved from ‘At NVC’. I am obviously confused on some detail.
  7. Congratulations! We are super jealous. 😝
  8. Awesome! Congratulations. We are very happy for you.
  9. When I use this site to check, I get an error if I choose non-immigrant. I get my status correctly when I use immigrant.
  10. Here is what I used for my inquiries: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html You can attach your NOA2 and previous reply screengrabs.
  11. Thank you, ma’am. And what exactly do I do with those 3 numbers? I think I remember something about the Julian date or something? Edit: We can submit the DS-160 now?
  12. I get this in the CEAC website. Is the invoice ID what you get when you submit the DS-160? Thanks!
  13. First was exactly one month after NOA2. My first response was that the case was at NVC buy awaiting data entry. Second inquiry, one week later, was the same. One week later, the third inquiry, sent last Saturday, was the case number.
  14. Got it! Things are speeding up, boys and girls!
  15. That file is merely for general information. It was written in Dec 2020, and some of the info is severely outdated. I’m not sure who is taking care of this file, but it just gets passed on every month to give us a starting place for trying to learn what’s next for us. I know that is not the answer you were looking for, but that’s all I have. I think that the whole govt system has really put blocks in place to keep us from bugging them. No more phone calls. Emails only that take a week to get a response. You know. It’s the government. They’re here to help us. 🙄
  16. Thank you both. We will see what LBC is closest to where we will stay prior to the interview.
  17. The consulate website talks about you must give them an address to send you passport after the interview. We would prefer to just stay in Manila and pick it up when it is ready directly from the consulate. Has anyone done this? I’d prefer to be packed and ready to go all in one trip to Manila. Thanks.
  18. Thank you Boiler, Chancey and Crazy Cat for putting our minds at ease.
  19. Some confusion as to which forms are required. Looking at the US consulate in Manila website, they list the DS-260 is required. We thought we needed the DS- 160. Same for the statement of support. The consulate lists I-864, and again, we thought we needed the I-134. If you can clarify this, thank you. 20. Thank you. Do we keep inquiring to the same address?
  21. This had me wondering if the reply I get from my first inquiry was a mistake. They replied that the case was received from USCIS, but not yet entered into the system. This is roughly 34ish days after NOA2. This is widely ahead of most all timelines I have been tracking here. Not complaining, just not sure I should believe it.
  22. Very happy to see things moving for you.
  23. #Bh_sarah. You seem to be the guru here. I was wondering how often do you email NVC inquiring about the status? Weekly? 2 weeks? Thanks
  24. We got an email saying the case is at NVC awaiting entry. Progress!
