    Yesterday our page said 7 months to go. Today we got an email, we were approved. The listed wait time means nothing.

    Second email received today. Same as the last. Action taken. Logged in and we are APPROVED! 10 months exactly since delivered.

    Today we got the ‘We have taken an action on your case’ email. Nothing new online yet. It’s both exciting and a bit scary wondering.

    We feel like the only January 2024 fillers left here. Like a ghost town… Nothing really new here. A few weeks ago, our estimated time remaining went from 5 months to 3 months. Then today it went to 8 months. A lot of you will say the numbers mean a nothing, but something must have been touched to trigger the change. Ho hum. More waiting. A question. The 2 year wait to remove the conditions on the green card. When does that clock start? Green card issue date?

    Anyone seen this? We had no RFE or anything. We sent nothing recently. Yet they are reviewing something they received? This was notated on our 486 status: • Response received on Friday, November 1, 2024 at 12:16 p.m. CDT. We will review the evidence.

    Wow. I have nothing to add, just wanted to say how awful this is. We are so sorry this happened and we hope you resolve it quickly. This is heartbreaking and terrifying. We can’t imagine how this makes you feel. Sending all the good karma we can.

    The case tracker app tells us it has been 200 days since any action was taken on or case. Even better. our 485/131/765 cases have disappeared from the USCIS website. yay

    20 days after combo card approval, we got notification that card was produced. Still awaiting USPS to deliver it.

    Question for those who received their combo card. How long after approval did you receive the card? Ours was approved on 20 April, letter received about a week after that. But no card going on 3 weeks now.

    My USCIS account page shows my old K1 application only. All other cases, 485, 765, 131 have disappeared from the page. I have not tried readding them yet, as I’m hoping it’s a temporary Sunday morning glitch. Weird.

    Congrats. Great news. Just curious, which section showed the card production? 765 or 131 or both? I noticed today that they have removed the progress tab from the 131 section. Weird. Maybe a glitch.

    Just checking in. No change since biometric on 8 March. 765 shows ‘taking longer then expected’ since 24 March. Ho hum.

    We’ve had no updates since our biometrics until today. The 765 section has the dreaded ‘your case is taking longer than expected’. No updates at all on the other 2. How fun. Yay.
