  1. *** Moved from NVC forum to US Embassy & Consulate Discussion -- topic is about interview scheduling at a specific consulate, not an NVC issue ***
  2. *** Moved from K1 Process & Procedures to US Embassy & Consulate Discussion, as the topic is about interview scheduling at a specific consulate ***
  3. *** Moved from K1 Process & Procedures to K1 Progress Reports *** Congratulations!
  4. VisaMedicals in London is the only accredited clinic for US visa applicants in the UK -- https://visamedicals.co.uk/united-states/ Once CEAC status turns "Ready", submit the DS-160 form, pay the MRV fee, then book the K1 visa interview appointment through the online portal -- https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv
  5. *** Moved from IR1/CR1 Process & Procedures to Bringing Family of USC forum, where topics about IR2 (child of USC) cases are discussed ***
  6. His fiancee is able to give her actual physical address. Per OP's post above, "I asked her and she uses "near XXXX lotto store, Purak XXXX, Barangay XXXXX" to order from Lazada." Addresses identified with just their "Purok" and "Baranggay" are acceptable as far as the US embassy in Manila is concerned.
  7. *** Moved from Bringing Family of USC forum to AOS from Work/Student/Tourist Visas forum ***
  8. Minor typo error. No need to correct the marriage certificate.
  9. No, you don't. As mentioned above, police certificates from Pakistan are NOT required for US immigration.
  10. *** Moved from NVC forum to US Embassy & Consulate Discussion -- OP's case is already DQ, and interview scheduling depends on the consulate, not an NVC issue *** *** Removed two duplicate threads. Please do not create multiple threads on the same topic. ***
  11. No issue renewing your Philippine passport using your maiden name. PH law and DFA policy guarantee your right to use your maiden name in your passport, as long as you have not used your married name in a previous passport, regardless of the name on your green card. If you encounter an overzealous DFA staff, they might tell you to file ROM, but remember that it is NOT a requirement for passport renewal under your maiden name.
  12. *** Moved from AOS from K1 Visas forum to Working & Traveling During US Immigration -- topic is about travel with AP *** AP may be used until its expiry date. Best not to be away from the US for more than 6 months.
  13. Nothing in the OP's description suggests his fiancee is a scammer. It is very common in many regions in the Philippines to not have house numbers or traditional address formats.
  14. NBI clearance is the only acceptable Philippine police certificate for US immigration purposes.

Were any of his parents a Filipino citizen at the time of his birth in the US? If so, he can also get a Philippine passport and he would not have to pay anything for "overstaying" in the Philippines. But if his parents were not Filipinos at the time of his birth, he will have to pay the penalty for overstaying.
  16. Interview wait time estimates mentioned above start from NVC DQ (Documentarily Qualified) date, not case Priority Date. PD does not matter much for IR1/CR1 cases.
  17. Yep. That's the silver lining to all this waiting.
  18. Correction to my comment above -- USCIS announced that for AOS filing, applicants may use Table B of the visa bulletin. So F2A is still current for I-130/I-485 concurrent filing, at least until end of April. Refer to https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/visa-availability-priority-dates/adjustment-of-status-filing-charts-from-the-visa-bulletin
  19. *** Moved from IR1/CR1 Progress Reports to Bringing Family of LPR to America forum, where topics about F2A cases are discussed ***
  20. Call USCIS asap to ask for an emergency InfoPass appointment to get an I-551 stamp in your passport. Bring your I-485 approval notice to your Infopass appointment.
  21. Looks like you got the email version of the I-693 courtesy notice, which is safe to ignore for AOS from K1 cases with completed DS-3025 and I-485 filed within 1 year of the visa medical. As long as it's not an RFE, no need to worry.
