  4. Maybe not a new password, but you likely do need assistance from the portal support team. I encountered a similar issue registering for my IR1 visa delivery at the USTravelsDocs portal for the Philippines. I had previously registered for the delivery of my B1/B2 visa, so my profile was still linked to the old B1/B2 case. I called the hotline number and the support team resolved the issue for me, so I was able to complete the address registration.
  5. Submit a copy of either your valid US passport bio page or your US naturalization certificate. No need for any statement from a CO. The requirement is to provide one evidence of US citizenship, not to provide as many as you can from the list of examples. Also, ignore what non-official websites say. Your Philippine birth certificate would be useless as proof of your US citizenship. Do not submit a copy of your PH BC for the I-130 petition. Btw, are you sure you have a naturalization certificate, not a certificate of citizenship (CoC)? Those are two different documents. In any case, a copy of the US CoC is also acceptable for the I-130.
  6. *** Moved from General Immigration-Related Discussion to AOS from Work/Student/Tourist Visas forum -- topic is about marriage-based AOS for asylum applicant ***
  7. It was easier back in 2021 when I registered. COVID travel restrictions were still in place, so I guess there weren't as many people traveling and registering for CFO as there are now. It seems CFO has become more strict since then. But even then, my counselor was very annoyed when she found out I still did not have my visa at the time of our online session.
  8. I was able to have my CFO online session prior to getting my visa, but only after I pleaded with my counselor to proceed with the call. Even so, she did not clear me to get a certificate that day. I only got the digital certificate a few days after I submitted a scan of my visa after it was delivered. So I didn't really save much time by registering for CFO early. Back then, it was common to get a CFO schedule within 1 or 2 weeks of registration. The workaround for this is to register for CFO as a tourist, maybe several months before getting to the consulate stage for a K1 or spouse visa. No visa is required when registering for CFO if the applicant and their foreign partner have an upcoming trip to visit visa-free countries.
  9. If you marry with a PH marriage license, PSA marriage certificate will be required for the I-130 petition. LCR copy is not acceptable.
  10. Yes -- your sons must apply and pay for N-400 individually if they turn 18 before you take your US oath. Your naturalization certificate will list the date of your US oath ceremony, not your N-400 filing date.
  11. NVC has no authority to deny visa applications. It's the consulate that has the authority. If you withdraw your I-130 and I-864 as recommended here, the consulate will not proceed with visa processing at all. They will not bother conducting the visa interview and denying the visa. Your husband will find out eventually, if he asks NVC or the consulate. But, if you don't withdraw your I-130 and I-864, it's very possible that your spouse will proceed with the interview and be granted the visa. As mentioned above, you will be financially responsible for your spouse after he enters the US, whether you like it or not. And divorce will not end your I-864 obligations.
  12. *** Moved from Working & Traveling During US Immigration to the SSN sub-forum *** Yes, go to an SSA office and apply for SSN. But even if you apply in person, you may not get your SSN on the spot. The SSN card will need to be mailed to you. In the meantime, is there a deadline date for accepting that job offer? The offer letter could be based on some company boilerplate. If you still don't have your SSN when it's almost the deadline, contact the company and ask if it's ok for you to start working while waiting for your SSN card. Reiterate that you are legally authorized to work and can meet the I-9 requirements.

  14. I don't see any possibility that you could be charged for misrepresenting yourself at POE with just the words "thank you" 😆 You won't be asked about intent at your I-485 interview, assuming it won't be waived. If you do get asked about it, please report back so we can bookmark your case as a very rare example.
  15. *** Moved from Tax & Finances forum to US Citizenship General Discussion -- topic is about owing taxes as it relates to N-400 processing *** Even when your sons turn 18, you need to list them in your N-400 application form. If you mean the automatic acquisition of citizenship, how soon is "very very soon"? To be able to qualify, your sons must be below 18 years old at the time you take your US oath.

  23. *** Moved from IR1/CR1 Progress Reports to US Embassy & Consulate Discussion, as the topic is about interview scheduling at a specific consulate *** Which visa category? You originally posted this in the IR1/CR1 forum, yet the thread title says I-360 and your VJ profile indicates EB4.
  24. Do you mean that you got the USCIS receipt notice listing Vermont service center at the bottom? You won't know your processing center until you get the receipt notice.
