  1. No problem with bringing a new passport to your interview. This is a common situation for family-preference visa cases, as it could take years from DQ to interview. Also, at the consulate on the day of your interview, you will have a chance to update your DS-260 information prior to the actual interview with the officer. You won't need your vaccination card for the interview. Your vaccination records will be transcribed onto your medical report when you go for your required visa medical at an accredited clinic.
  2. Start the process of acquiring police certificates from all the countries you've lived for over 6 months. Check here for which countries have police certificates required for US immigration (some countries like Pakistan and Indonesia don't) -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country.html
  3. Interview checklist for Montreal -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/MTL-Montreal.html#pre_interview_checklist Note that some of the items do not apply to K1 cases, like I-864. Bring I-134 instead. Also bring a more recently-dated letter of intent to marry. Reference for acceptable document formats -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Canada.html What NOT to bring -- https://ca.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/security-procedures/
  4. Since you already got the DQ email, your case will now be queued for interview and you can safely ignore that message for the NVC stage. That's just a generic message sent by NVC to those with taxed income less than the minimum required for sponsorship, regardless of their actual financial capability. Key point here is that the "consular officer will decide if you meet these requirements at the time of the interview." As for the visa interview in Manila, evidence of current income is really more important than past income. If your current income is well above the minimum required, no need for a joint sponsor. Maybe a week before your wife's interview, upload a more recent pay stub to CEAC. If you can get a more recently-dated letter from your employer guaranteeing continuation of your job in the US, that would be good too. Make sure the employer letter is also uploaded to CEAC.

It's not a problem whether the most current passport is expired or not. Also, the I-130 does not require a copy of the passport page(s), so it doesn't matter that your father's name is misspelled. After you submit the I-130 petitions, remind your siblings to get their passports corrected. There is no rush to get new passports because, as you know, it will take more than a decade before they would need to present their actual passports.
  9. Get your son the medical treatment he needs at his home country, then continue with the visa process after he has recovered.
  10. Read the actual page from the link. @SteveInBostonI130 already quoted the actual text which clearly indicates that petitioner's marriage/divorce documents are required for IR1, CR1, F2A cases, not IR5.

  12. Make sure your fiancee brings a completed family tree document to her K1 interview -- https://vn.usembassy.gov/family-tree/ (note: official link redirects to .com file repository) Check the thread below for more info --
  13. Remind your husband to volunteer the info if the CBP officer does not ask. When I first entered with my spouse visa, I was not asked any question by CBP. I was surprised, but it was not a problem for me as my info had not changed. In your husband's case, it might be best to have the new address on paper that he can pass along to the officer.

  15. Yes, send the I-485, I-864, I-765 to the same location (Phoenix lockbox if residing in Alabama). Remember to include a photocopy of your I-129F approval notice in your I-485 package. I strongly recommend sending the I-131 as well. As mentioned above, filing I-765 and I-131 is free if filed with or after I-485. Do NOT send a separate payment for the I-765, or your packet will be rejected for incorrect payment amount (as the correct amount is $0).

  24. Yes, you should have submitted I-864W for your son. I-864 and I-864A are not required because he will become a US citizen when he enters the US with his IR2 visa. Note that you do not need to pay the $220 immigrant fee for him either. As a US citizen, he does not need a plastic green card after he enters the US. But you should apply for his US passport ASAP after he arrives. Along with the other required documents for passport application, you may present his IR2 visa + CBP entry stamp as proof of his US entry as LPR.
