  1. Even if the form says that, it typically takes 1 business day (or more) before the payment is reflected on the system. Try scheduling after 1 business day.
  2. *** Merged related threads. Please post your questions/updates related to this topic in this thread to keep the discussion in one place. ***
  3. Yes, K1 is technically a non-immigrant visa, but it is processed as an immigrant visa. Hence, CEAC status is shown via the CEAC IV link up to the interview stage. After that, CEAC status for K1 typically moves to the NIV link. CFO is required for all emigrating PH passport holders, including those intending to fly out with K1 visa. If the BI officer at the airport sees the K1 visa in the passport, they will demand to see a CFO sticker or certificate. If your fiancee has neither, she will not be allowed to board the plane. Unless your fiancee is a senior citizen, she must attend the CFO seminar to obtain the certificate.

  5. No need to notify USCIS about the beneficiary's address change, and no need to update the I-130 petition. At NVC stage after the I-130 has been approved, just list the updated address info on the DS-260 and I-864 forms.
  6. At what stage are you in the process? USCIS, NVC, consulate?
  7. *** Moved from IR1/CR1 Process & Procedures to Site-Related Discussion *** Try editing your country info. Click the "Edit Profile" button on the upper right-hand section of your VJ profile page. Under the "Immigration Info" section, select country from the dropdown box. Then click "Save".
  8. *** Moved from Waivers forum to Work Visas forum, where EB visa cases are discussed ***
  9. *** Moved from General Immigration-Related Discussion to USCIS Service Centers forum, to be among other threads about USCIS account access ***
  10. Unless you already have 40 quarters of qualifying work credits in the US, your petitioner is still your sponsor and is still required to inform USCIS (via mailed I-865) of their change of address.
  11. *** Moved from IR1/CR1 Process & Procedures to Moving to the US forum, where similar topics about POE procedures and address change are discussed ***
  12. Are you asking about the consulate section on the I-130 petition? Or on your VJ profile/timeline?
  13. *** Merged related threads. Please post your questions related to the I-130 petition in this thread to keep the discussion in one place. ***
  14. *** Moved from NVC forum to K1 Process & Procedures *** No issue with petitioner moving residences in the US at any time during the process. Just provide the updated address info on the DS-160 and I-134, as mentioned above. No need to inform USCIS nor NVC.
  15. *** Old thread locked to further comment. Try sending the OP a PM for any follow-up questions. ***

  21. If you didn't list your mother's husband on the I-130 even if she was married at the time of I-130 filing, that was a mistake. Make sure the DS-260 lists her husband's info. Answer "No" for the questions about spouse immigrating, whether now or later. IR5 cases cannot have derivative beneficiaries.
  22. Manila allows scheduling of family members on the same interview timeslot. My mom and I interviewed together for our B1/B2 visas years ago. Our appointment confirmation had both of our names. But I'm not sure if USEM will be ok with non-immediate family members interviewing together.
  23. US immigration wouldn't care where you access your USCIS account from. Not a factor for domicile determination.
  24. Prepare I-864 from joint sponsor & I-864A from joint sponsor's spouse.
