  1. We got the same questions when filling out the I-130 online. I already posted what we did to complete the web form and that our petition (filed online) was approved without any issue.
  2. *** Post split off from a thread about another member's case. Please post questions/updates about your case in this thread. ***
  3. *** Moved from K1 Progress Reports to K1 Process & Procedures ***
  4. Good for you. Too bad it doesn't work that way for the OP in Pennsylvania. Nor did it work that way for me in Louisiana.
  5. We left the name fields blank on that page, even if we did have additional info for item 3. Our petition was approved, no RFE. If it really bothers you, print the page and hand-write on those fields, then scan it back to PDF.
  6. *** Moved from K1 Process & Procedures to US Embassy & Consulate Discussion, as the topic is about interview scheduling at a specific consulate ***
  7. Currently PhP 18,540. Check this page before the appointment as the price may change -- https://slec.ph/registration/us/visa-applicant.php?s=medical-fees#medical-fees
  8. Congratulations on the move and finally completing the visa process! I too flew in to SFO on my first visit to the US. I remember being surprised hearing many of the airport staff chatting in Filipino. When I called my then-bf-now-husband, "Honey, I'm at SFO, doesn't really feel like I left the Philippines!"
  9. *** Moved from K1 Progress Reports to the Philippine regional forum, for more attention from others who may have relevant experience *** I've always bought my and my family members' tickets directly from the airlines through their website. Avoids any hassle of having to go through 3rd-parties in case of any change in plans. Btw, if you or any of your family members in the Philippines have a BPI card, there's an online travel sale now. ANA, JAL, EVA Air are some of the participating airlines. Only flights originating from the PH are on sale.
  10. *** Moved from IR1/CR1 Progress Reports to IR1/CR1 Process & Procedures ***
  11. *** Moved from K1 Process & Procedures to K1 Progress Reports, to be among other threads about wait time estimates ***
  12. Um, that's what this thread is about -- the OP is trying to get an ID/DL from the DMV. Before I got my state ID (which also required me presenting my GC), my IDs acceptable in the US were only my GC and my passport.
  13. There is a fee for the SLEC medical that must be paid during the appointment. Just one standard, all-in fee for adult applicants. Includes cost for all lab tests, vaccinations (except COVID), TB treatment (if required).
  14. *** Moved from Working & Traveling During US Immigration to K1 Progress Reports ***
  15. *** Moved from IR1/CR1 Process & Procedures to the Caribbean regional forum, for Jamaica-specific input ***
  16. *** Moved from IR1/CR1 Process & Procedures to the NVC forum -- topic is about a CEAC system issue not specific to spouse visa cases *** Have you tried using a different browser? Or a different device?
  17. From the PennDOT link I posted above -- "[...] there are instances where SAVE is unable to verify an individual’s status and authorized length of stay during the initial verification. In these instances, PennDOT must resubmit the verification through SAVE for additional verification, and occasionally third level verification. Additional and third level verification responses can take 30 or more federal working days to be provided by SAVE."
  18. *** Moved from IR1/CR1 Progress Reports to IR1/CR1 Process & Procedures *** Are you self-employed? Do you file taxes jointly with your spouse?
  19. No problem with you and your USC fiance filling out the I-129F together. No need for you to sign as form preparer. Just leave that section blank or write "N/A".
  20. *** Merged related threads. Please post your questions/updates related to this topic in this thread to keep the discussion in one place. ***
  21. *** Posts split off from an unrelated thread about AOS from K1 progress reports ***
  22. *** 3 off-topic posts split off to a separate thread in another sub-forum *** No, this is the AOS from K1 sub-forum, so most people in this sub-forum should not have I-130 petitions filed for them as they were K1 visa holders, unless they did not marry within 90 days of US entry. Please post I-130-related progress reports in the appropriate sub-forum for your case. I split off your I-130 posts and moved them there -- https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/138-adjustment-of-status-case-filing-and-progress-reports/
  23. *** Moved from US Citizenship Progress Reports to General Discussion ***
