  14. Your USC husband should call the USCIS military helpline to request an expedite for the I-130. You (the immigrant) are not eligible to request I-130 expedite because you are not the I-130 petitioner. Only your husband (the USC petitioner) is eligible to make requests related to the I-130. You should file the I-131 based on your I-485 ASAP. Filing the I-131 is free, with a photocopy of the receipt for the fully paid I-485. If the I-130 is approved before the I-131, you (the immigrant) may request an expedite for the I-131.

  16. She would need police certificate from UAE. No need for police certificate from Pakistan, regardless of how long she stayed in that country.
  17. Are you now a US citizen? Your timeline says you became an LPR only this year upon your March 2023 US entry with IR1/CR1 visa.

  19. That implies your husband has given up on your I-485. I guess that means he intends for you to get a spouse visa from Frankfurt instead?
  20. Unlike you, ROM was required in my case. The CFO counselor gave me grief over not having ROM, but eventually issued my certificate.
  21. Do NOT put "Single" as that would be untrue in her case. Like @top_secret's wife, I also was able to get my NBI Clearance listing my civil status as "Married", before we even filed for ROM.
  22. They do, actually -- under the section for "After The Interview" at https://ph.usembassy.gov/important-visa-information/ "Philippine law requires all departing Filipino emigrants or those leaving the country to settle permanently abroad to attend the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) with the Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO). Only emigrants aged 12 years and younger are exempted from attending the PDOS. This is not a U.S. Government requirement. This information is provided solely as a courtesy to visa applicants." Also, applicants with issued IVs typically get an email from USEM notifying them that the visa is ready for delivery/pick-up. That email should have a PDF attachment "MIV (Instructions)" which mentions CFO.

    Its a wrap

The paper given to your fiancee is very clear that a CENOMAR is required. But, do they mean your fiancee's CENOMAR or yours? In any case, you (the USC) may also apply for a CENOMAR from PSA. Very easy to apply for one online through the PSA Serbilis website. If you have never been married in the Philippines, you should be able to get a CENOMAR just fine.
  24. Do NOT get there at 5am. That would be pointless, as there is typically no line for K1 and immigrant visa applicants outside the embassy compound, and the gatekeeper would not let your fiance in until around 30 minutes before her interview timeslot. The line outside the embassy is for non-immigrant visa applicants, like tourist or crewmen visas. The gatekeeper may turn your fiance away and tell her to return closer to her timeslot if she arrives too early for her appointment.
