  2. Why risk getting an RFE when you are guaranteed to get a valid marriage certificate by going through UtahCounty.gov directly?

  14. To issue you a US passport, note that the US Department of State would want documentary evidence of your dad's US physical presence that @Mike E listed above. That means your dad's school, employment, medical/vaccination records, etc in the US for the years before you were born.
  15. *** Moved from K3 Process & Procedures to IR1/CR1 Process & Procedures *** Apostille is not required by US immigration at any point of the process. 19. Your wife will no longer be a Filipino once she takes her US oath. Under PH law, her existing PH passport will be void at that point. Legally, she will need to re-acquire her Filipino citizenship and get a new PH passport from a PH consulate. It would likely be faster to apply for a US passport.
  20. As mentioned above, all CR1/IR1 applications in Mexico are processed at CDJ. Doesn't matter where in Mexico your husband lives, he will have to travel to Juarez for his biometrics appointment and interview. Check the thread below for updates from others waiting on an interview slot at CDJ --
