  1. *** Moved from IR1/CR1 Progress Reports to IR1/CR1 Process & Procedures *** In case you haven't already done so, you might want to consult with a lawyer if an I-212 waiver might be required for your husband.
  2. 1. Print-out of a scan of your US passport bio page will be enough, and is unlikely to be requested anyway. No need to even bring up your naturalization unless the interviewing officer asks. 2. Bring 2021 tax return transcript + a recent pay stub (if petitioner is an employee). 2022 tax filing will only be required if the visa interview is after April 18, 2023.
  3. *** Moved from K1 Progress Reports to Embassy/Consulate Discussion ***
  4. *** Moved from K1 Progress Reports to K1 Process & Procedures *** Why K1 if you live together? Why not get married and pursue CR1?
  5. Note that filing (or even approval of) the I-130 by itself does not grant any immigration benefits. As others mentioned, your wife must file I-485/I-131/I-765.
  6. *** Removed duplicate thread. Please post your related questions in this thread to keep the discussion in one place. ***
  7. That was a mistake. An immigrant visa must be stamped on entry to be considered an endorsed visa (temporary green card). Your husband will need to visit a CBP deferred inspection site to get the stamp. Contact the nearest office to get an appointment -- https://www.cbp.gov/contact/ports/deferred-inspection-sites

  13. The I-129F will not be automatically withdrawn, but it would be denied if/when USCIS figures out you are married. It is not required that you withdraw the I-129F, but it would help USCIS and other petitioners if you do. Upload your I-129F withdrawal letter to the additional documents section of the I-130 online form. Same section where you upload the bona fide relationship evidence. In your withdrawal letter, make sure to list the I-129F receipt number. It may take USCIS a while to reflect the petition withdrawal in their system, so don't be surprised if you get an approval notice for the I-129F even after submitting the I-130 with your withdrawal letter.
  14. No need to get the marriage document requirements from that Reciprocity page for Colombia if you were married through Utah zoom wedding. You were married in the jurisdiction of Utah, not Colombia. Your wife will need to bring a certified copy of your Utah marriage certificate to her visa interview.
  15. Yes. The child will need his own physical green card to be able to board a flight back to the US.
  16. *** Moved from IR1/CR1 Progress Reports to IR1/CR1 Process & Procedures *** For CR1/IR1, both the beneficiary's and the petitioner's final divorce decrees (if any) must be submitted to NVC.
