Re: changing status, do you mean filing for US citizenship? It doesn't matter for N-400 filing when he gets his physical GC. USCIS records will have the date when he entered the US with an immigrant visa and gained LPR status.

  9. As far as I know, the e-Medical system for visa medicals is separate from CEAC. Only the petitioner, beneficiary, or their legal representative may upload files to CEAC, and visa medical results are NOT one of the required CEAC uploads. Did the panel physician say they need access to your CEAC account? If so, that sounds strange.

  14. No. For the I-864 section 6, items 24.a to c, list the total income figures as reported in the tax returns, as in just copy the actual numbers.
  15. As an H1B visa holder, your spouse-to-be may travel in and out of the US freely, even without AP while his AOS is pending. What matters is that he keeps to the terms of his H1B visa, like staying at his job at the company that sponsored him. I recommend that he NOT use his EAD/AP after they are issued, so he remains in H1B status. Filing for EAD would have no impact on his H1B, as long as he does not use the EAD (ie, does not notify his company HR that he is switching to EAD holder status). Still a good idea to file I-765 and I-131 anyway as backup, in case he ever decides to quit his current job while his I-485 is pending.
  16. Even if you were not in the US, as a US citizen, you were required to file US taxes if you made any foreign income above the minimum filing threshold during those tax years. That's just $5 for a married USC filing taxes separately. Did you work during those years or have any business/investment income? If so, you need to file back taxes ASAP.
  17. File I-90 for free to replace the GC due to USCIS data error.
