  1. Yes, you may get the vaccines from any pharmacy. But the vaccination records need to be transcribed onto form I-693, which may be signed only by a USCIS-accredited civil surgeon. You must submit the sealed I-693, not the incomplete DS-3025 that you have. Some civil surgeons require that you repeat/pay for a full medical, to sign the I-693 for you. You may need to call a few before you find one who will charge you only for transcribing vaccination records. Search from this list -- https://www.uscis.gov/tools/find-a-civil-surgeon
  2. I don't know your wife's native language writing system, so not sure if the "Native Language" section applies. If her native alphabet does not use Roman letters, you do need to upload a PDF file in that section.

  5. *** Moved from K1 Progress Reports to K1 Process & Procedures *** No. Any US POE is ok.
  6. When did you file the I-130? For I-130 processing estimates, check here -- https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ If you didn't notify USCIS of the beneficiary's change of address, there's a good chance you will get a notice to file an I-824 to transfer the approved I-130 to NVC. The I-824 will add around a year or so to the process after I-130 approval.
  7. From your previous posts, your case is K1. There will be no paper mail with your case number. Once your CEAC case status shows "Ready", you may submit the DS-160, pay the MRV fee, and schedule the visa interview. Once you have the interview schedule, book the medical at SLEC.
  8. That section is optional, for cases where the required primary evidence documents are not available. If you have proof of your US citizenship, a valid marriage certificate, and previous marriage termination documents, just ignore that section.
  9. You (the USC petitioner) definitely need to sign the I-130. No signature required on the I-130A if the beneficiary is outside the US. You may list yourself as preparer for the I-130A, but as I said, it is not required.
  10. On part 5 of the I-130, item #1 is "Have you EVER previously filed a petition for this beneficiary or any other alien?" Select "Yes" and provide details about the previous I-130 petition. Not required, but I recommend you also put a short explanation about the petition withdrawal under part 9 for Additional Information. Just a sentence or two about withdrawing the petition because it was submitted before the marriage was consummated.

  14. Make sure that all civil documents and any updated financial support documents are uploaded to CEAC prior to the interview. If the document screener at USEM sees that the files in CEAC are outdated or do not match the original civil documents presented, they will not allow the visa applicant to proceed to the interview with the consul officer. Worst case, the applicant will be told to leave and return after the documents have been scanned and uploaded. USEM might offer a scanning service within the consulate premises, but I'm not sure if that's available to all applicants or if it was just a special service to elderly applicants at the time of my interview in Nov 2021.
  15. *** Moved from IR1/CR1 Process & Procedures to IR1/CR1 Progress Reports *** Not visa denial. It's not unusual for CEAC status to remain "Refused" until it turns to "Issued". Just need to wait.

  17. Nothing required from the biological father. No consent, no signature, no nothing. The US embassy in Manila is very familiar with similar family situations. Don't worry about this. You don't need to submit any paperwork regarding consent from the father.
  18. Yes -- put the I-129F receipt number and date. Make sure to include a photocopy of your I-129F approval notice in your I-485 package.
  19. Valid passport, recent photo for US visa, DS-160 confirmation page, interview appointment confirmation from USTravelDocs.
  20. Put "Unknown" for online account number. As for your A-number, that one by your name on the I-129F approval notice is probably it. Not all approval notices list it. Re: I-765 -- K1 status, (c)(9) category. Re: I-693 -- Does your DS-3025 say "K Visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirements"? Has it been less than 1 year since the date of your medical? If yes to both, no need for I-693. Just include a photocopy of your DS-3025 in your I-485 package. 22. Yes, the red number on the K1 visa. 27. K1 Part 3.1. Select "No" -- K1 is non-immigrant.

  22. Under Philippine law, your PH passport was voided when you took your US oath. You may go through the PH citizenship re-acquisition process, then apply for a new PH passport. From https://newyorkpcg.org/pcgny/faqs/#dual-citizen-faq -- I still have a valid Philippine passport, which I renewed before I got naturalized as a US citizen. Now that I have retained/reacquired my Philippine citizenship, can I still use this passport? No, your old Philippine passport was rendered null and void the moment you were naturalized as a US citizen. You must surrender it to the Consulate for cancellation. You are, however, eligible to apply for a new Philippine passport upon the successful retention/reacquisition of your Philippine citizenship. The Philippines allows dual citizenship, but it is not automatic. A Filipino loses their PH citizenship the moment they take the US oath, rendering their old PH passport invalid. They will need to go through the citizenship re-acquisition process and apply for a new passport.
