Hello, I received a letter from USCIS about additional evidence, what i should send. In that list I have "affidavit letter from friends". I want to know, how they should look like, because I want to show some samples to my friends, what I exactly want from them. And do they need to be certified by a notary?

I appreciate your help! Just one more question: if the person outside of USA Can I make signature digitally and then go to notary?

We live in the friends house, so we pay to them. Then, my husband had his own insurance, since I came So, we didn't buy a car, because we don't need it, he is working from home, I always have a ride. And, yes, our live style is probably weird for others, but it's how we live and we didn't expect it's going to be that important to have bills for both names. Everyone lives different I just want to know if it any chances to do something in that case? Maybe to ask them about interview somehow?

Hello , I applied for Removing condition (I-751) for my Green Card on April 7, 2023 together with my husband. We provided the following evidence that the marriage was entered in good faith: - A Bank of America joint account statements; - A 2021 tax return document; - Photos Then we recieved a letter (January 28, 2025) "Request for evidence " where they declined our tax return like evidence, because it was without indication that our taxes were filled with the appropriate agencies. My question about this issue. I attach the printscrin from the letter. I want to know how to make a stamp or transcript and if i make transcript is it going to be the same like a stamp and will it indicate that my taxes were filled with appropriate agency. And the second question about those agencies. How can i know that agenci is appropriate?
