  1. You will need to front load your application for Tunis. That is, even though the I-129F does not require relationship evidence other than meeting at least once in 2 years, the evidence from it is what the CO may use to pre-judge your fiance's application. Also, they may disregard any additional evidence your fiance has collected between the I-129F filing and the interview. While spending more time together before submitting your petition, you may want to marry and file for a spouse visa instead.
  2. Required if she lived 12 months or more. May need to upload a statement that PCC is not required per guidelines (less than 12 months in Ukraine).
  3. I just re-read this. You requested an expedite After DQ? I generally do not recommend this for the issue you are facing. After DQ the only remaining task for the NVC is to schedule the interview. By taking that task in your hands, you are facing the issue of no available interview slots. Now you have to check regularly to see if a spot opens due to cancellation or catch the next batch of open schedule before the NVC grabs them. I am not sure the latter is possible - I believe the NVC is given the schedule first before it is available for individual appointments. Some embassies have significant backlogs - only for those would I recommend attempting an expedite, assuming based on valid reasons.
  4. If no slots are available, then yes, it could take some time.
  5. Overall about 14 to 18 more months until your interview. And for Pakistan, anywhere from 2 weeks to 1+ years after the interview to get the visa.
  6. Perhaps. Explain your situation when asked. It is up to you to prove that your relationship is genuine. From what I heard 2nd hand about USCIS case officers, they consider having children together as one of the strongest evidence of a bona fide relationship.
  7. I assume you are referring to a petition for a spouse visa? Are you the petitioner or the beneficiary? If you are the petitioner, then you can request an expedite. If you are the beneficiary, you.cannot request and expedite. Your participation for the visa will occur during the NVC phase when you submit the DS-260 as the visa applicant.
  8. Did you live on the ship for 5 years? Assuming no, where did you stay when ashore?
  9. Wait, are you the LPR spouse petitioning your foreign wife or are you the foreign wife? You'r other post states that you are the foreign wife. P.S. Your wife cannot adjust status. Category F2A is not current.
  10. Per the April 2023 visa bulletin, category F2A is NOT current. Those who filed Sep 2020 or earlier have visa numbers available. No, you cannot adjust status.
  11. If they stated that they did not revoke it...what is the real issue? That you don't trust what your spouse said or you don't trust what the embassy said? All the risk is on your husband. If he lied to you, then he will be turned around at CBP when he tries to travel to the US. If he is fine with the visa and what the consulate told him, then the next logical step is for him to fly to the US. If he needs you to do something, like write an affidavit, then he needs to let you know.
  12. 12 months total. It does not explicitly state 12 months continuous. Generally, default to the conservative option.
  13. If they did not revoke it after speaking to your spouse, then there was nothing to update. They would not need to update the status to Ready from Ready. When is the interview scheduled?
  14. Apply for citizenship 90 days minus your 5 year anniversary as a GC holder (residence since date on your 2018 GC)
  15. I-130, one, for your son and his spouse as a derivate. It will take years to get approved, and then years until a visa becomes available. About 20 years from now, you and your son completes the NVC step, and then wait for an interview. After he arrives and 5 years later becomes a citizen, he repeats the entire process for his sons.
  16. The duration should not be an issue. Wanting to visit friends and family, getting to warm weather during winter, missing mom's Thai food and Thai street food...all are valid reasons. Other factors may affect the CBP entry inspection - hence, we cannot offer definites that there will or will not be a problem.
  17. OP filed in 2/2022. Their I-129F was approved Monday.
  18. Stepdaughter will need it for her interview. Also, file two I-130's, one for your wife, one for your stepdaughter.
  19. Those receipts are meaningless. I would not include them. Pictures of you together are enough. Open a MS Word document and put 2-4 pictures per page, with date and location information beneath each picture. Do include your airplane boarding passes for your trip, if you have them
