Hello everyone, This is the last step, I have been resident forever here and going for my N400. My only issue is that I have a stain on my record from 15 years ago. I got stopped by the cops in NYC for urinating against a wall. I know it is stupid, they gave me a pink slip , got a lawyer and paid the fine and that was it. It was expunged shortly after. I never had anything else in the country not even a parking ticket. My question is how do I get the records of those in NYC and what should I provide to the immigration? I am overwhelmed by it, it was so long ago and I do not know which entity to contact. I cannot even remember the year and live in a different city now. Any help, lead would be greatly appreciated.
