    I am applying as a spouse to an US citizen. I used to be unemployed. I didn't file for taxes. My husband used to put my name in his taxes (joint tax). Now I am employed from July 2024. So I didn't have the chance to apply for my own taxes yet (waiting for April 2025 to file my own taxes)

    Hello all. I have a question. I came on a K1 vsia and received my 2-year GC on 03/28/2022. I applied last December for the 10 year GC and my case is actively reviewing. When am I able to apply for the citizenship?

    Hello all! Receipt notice: January 8 Biometrics notice: January 13 (No biometrics appointment in need! - USCIS is able to reuse your previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics. It is not necessary for you to appear at a USCIS Application Support Center for a biometrics appointment.) Did not receive notice by mail yet but I can access to it online. ✌️
