Having fun, spending time with my man, dancing, tasting new foods, having great conversations, making jewelry, buying jewelry. I just like to try to live my life to the fullest and without regrets.

Our Story
It was a hot, hot day in July of 2006. We saw each other and the attraction was instant. Of course at the time I had very little experience in spanish and he knew very little English. This, however, was nothing that a willing spirit and a Spanish/English dictionary couldn't fix. We hung out on the beach every day speaking broken "Spanglish" and trying to make it work. We decided to exchange numbers to keep in contact with each other after I had gone back to reality here in Philadelphia. To my surprise, he called and we have been talking on the phone every day since (well, when I'm not spending time with him there). I really enjoy his company and all the adventures we have had together over the past year so far and truely look forward to the days when we can retire back to the beaches of the DR and live happily ever after basking in the glow of the beautiful tropical sunsets where it all began.
** I would like to note that my Spanish has become a lot better during the last year so there is not as much "Spanglish" being spoken...although it does rear it's ugly head from time to time. But progress has been made!! **
