We sent in our petition on a week ago and are currently waiting to hear about our NOA1. Case was delivered last Friday. How do people normally hear back regarding receiving a receipt number/extension letter? Is it normally via snail mail or email? We filed later than we would have liked however still within our 90 day window. Thanks!

Hi, me and my husband will be filing in 2 weeks, we could have filed early April but ‘life’ happened and so we’re gathering all documents needed. I do have a question regarding the form and I was wondering if anybody had any knowledge? Last year I spent 5 months out of the US and was back in the UK. It was for family reasons and I have so much proof regarding this and was wondering if for those 5 months should it be mentioned on the form (other addresses lived during this time) or should I write it in a letter? in regards to what we’re sending in with our petition we will do a ‘Contents letter’ however we don’t have any ‘utility’ bills in joint names bur we’re sending in the following of the things we jointly share *House deeds (not mortgage) *Health Insurance *Cell phone *Credit Card *Tax transcripts *A document naming me as beneficiary *ID’s from both showing same address Personal things: *10 photos *past and upcoming travel itineraries *social media posts (a 3/4 from each for the last couple of years since I’ve been living here) *4 X Affidavits from friends and family *A letter from me explaining me absence last year* (still not sure about this) Also, do we both need to include the 2X2 photos of each of us and if so how many? And in regards to the check to pay for this do we send the full amount of $680 of two separate ones for $595 And then $85 for biometrics? Thank you for reading!
