    Sooo I´m one of the selfish plaintiffs which wanted fight for the right to get this visa legal. I was waiting almost a year as well. And I was fed up and wanted to move forward with my life, I lost my job due COVID and its hard to be alone right now (financially). We had no idea if this would work out our not and we worked a lot for this since august. I waited, payed and did everything legally and if you wanna point the finger, please point the finger on the goverment and not us. Im having my interview on tuesday and I´m so happy and relieved and dont think I took someones spot. Everyone had the chance to join but not the balls
