    I am applying for a new K1 Visa for my fiancé. My concern is that I filed previously for my ex in 2020. We broke up before I got the letter for the interview in Feb 2021. Is that previous application now completely expired or do I need to do something about it still? Also, my current partner has a child. Will that make the process more challenging? The previous petition went smoothly. It was really COVID and travel restrictions that revealed the issues in that relationship.
