Timeline: Adjustment September 2018- submission Interview- August 2019 No RFE NO work (Lawyer error no sufficient evidence after we gave him to submit) Denied September 2019- and reopened and placed on administrative Needed more evidence, wife troubles Vawa March 2020- Submission myself (catholic Legal aid and @Sandra G. advice) March Ending 2020 Uscis received notice- 3 Notices New(I-485.131.765) May 2020- Work/ EAD wrong spelling was not used June 2020- Send back USCiS admitted it April 2021- Advanced parole Lost father expedited it May 2021- Work permit myself Vawa Approved January 2023 5 Prima facie received card February Expedite Fathers Death cert to send to Uscis and Whitehouse December 2022-Refiled I-131 May 2023- work permit approved 2 years July 2023- RFE Medicals and Affidavit of Exemption filed myself September 2023- Approved I-131 Expedite Fathers Death certificate to congressman September ending 2023 Approved I-485 (New card in production) Father death cert sent to Uscis and Whitehouse inquiry) NO Interview PS: Notice I did not pay during the entire vawa just a word of advice and reading and asking questions in the forum carefully where it matters.
