  1. Hello. I'm a USC and I petitioned for my husband who is a Nigerian citizen. He was not approved at his interview back in 2018 and we were in Administrative Processing since then. I reached out to my congressman's office and they were told that the case had been returned to USCIS for recommendation to revoke on July 2019. I checked everyday and NVC would always tell me they didn't have our case back from the Embassy yet. Until one day I checked and they told me they had the case back since October 2020...then they kept telling me that they were doing their checks on it before sending to USCIS. Well just recently they told me that the case has been sent back on April 13. My question now is, how long should we wait to hear something from USCIS? Do they send me a letter or text or email letting me know that they received the case back?
