    We got our welcome letter today. Stepping unto the NVC stage now. I'll however be coming to check up on my fellow March filers from time to time 😊.

    That was supposed to be a good news. Everyone wanted Nebraska last year. Try to involve your Congress man or senator, it helps.They usually don't send notices of transfer, from what I've read on here though.

    You can give it a couple of weeks. If there's still no movement, then I'll suggest you start reaching out to your senator/Congress man's office. Ours took some months after we saw that change in status before we heard from uscis.

    It was for resubmission of form I-130a.

    We've second active review after reply to rfe was sent.

    We're in the same dilemma, hoping that once USCIS receives our reply to the rfe, it doesn't take them long to approve our application.

    So we got our rfe in the mail yesterday and it was about form 130a. We've provided everything and waiting to put it in the mail today.

    We just checked both our e-mail and MyUSCIS accounts and there's no RFE in there yet 🤔.

    Hi March filers, I spoke to a live agent today through Emma and the rep told me an RFE was sent our way today. Waiting to see what they want.
