  1. Reacting will have to wait for after work. Here is every update from the uscis website regarding the i751
  2. The notification for the interview was only online on the uscis website, it just states they will mail me a time a date. We never got.it I can send a screen shot of the uscis notifications and I can send the foia request here again. I already sent that this morning on this forum.
  3. Correct and nothing after that was received. No letter stating time and date to appear and no copy in the foia documents
  4. No, we never recieved any letter.stating what time and date to appear and none were in the foia papers
  5. I not referring to a stamped visa. I am referring to a date only stamp on a denial letter not being normal procedure. It's date only stamp
  6. That is a copy of documents requester in a foia, stamped denials aren't sent out, printed denials with printed dates are
  7. So why would multiple tier 1 and tier 2 uscis not see that it is denied? They all state that its not possible for the petitioner and the uscis agents to not see its denied if it was denied. We had a service request on the i751 recently that put in back in the que for an interview. 1. We never recieved any letter for an interview time and date and none is in the foia request. 2. We never recieved any denial letter. The letter in the pic isn't a letter that is sent out to petitioners. We haven't lived at that address since 2020 and we have ar11s
  8. Foia update. 1. No official denial letter copy only some internal denial note with no printed date. 2. No interview notice either. Here are screen shots of the foia request and the only i751 denial form but it's not a normal form they send out to people. It has a stamped Inked date, as if it's an internal document for records keeping.
  9. Yes I have ar11 evidence. One of the tier 1 said the processing of this was put on a hold then was reactivated after the request for rescheduling. I believe the i751 was on the way to being denied officially but maybe due to slow processing times we sent a service request for rescheduling before it was too late. I did send another foia for any copies of interview notifications or denial letters sent out on this case. I doubt they ever sent a denial letter because it never got to that stage hence no denial online uscis website.
  10. Yeah, to say that some may mess up is logical the idea that ALL of them tier 1 and 2 and the online notification system can all be wrong is not logical and very highly unlikely. My guess is the the stamp on the i751 form is only a Part of the denial process due to no interview but not denied in any public way or official way. The n400 was denied properly hence the immediate notification of denial on the uscis website. Tier 1 said at one point that their is no way it can be denied and both the petitioner and the uscis officers not be able to see it publicly. Keep in mind: the foia request only sent a copy of the i751 we filed with the denial stamp, no denial letter.
  11. If they are giving out wrong Information to applicants or withholding then what legal basis would they have in any legal proceedings?? Yes their is a stamp on the i751 as revealed from the foia, however getting a stamp is only a part of the process of a denial. Why it never got officially denied in any public records I do not know. I have sent another foia asking for copies of interview requests and denial letters sent if any. We will see what they send.
  12. So uscis officers both tier 2 and 1 lie to immigrants and the online uscis also means nothing.
  13. I have no problem with refiling. What are your explanations as to why no officer both tiers can see a closed case, both tier officers have said that its in reschedule phase. One of the tier 1 stated that the case was in process of de ial but was put on hold and reactivated because of the service request for a reschedule. All of them have said that the i751 is still active and pending. They are starting to ask me why I am calling so often and telling me that if it's officially denied it would notify me on the website.....just like the n400 did.
  14. Refiling the i751 isn't a problem at all. What if the i751 gets rescheduled and approved and their is both a denial and approval in the system at the same time? This is possible if nobody at the uscis can know about the denial lol
  15. What legal basis would the uscis have if multiple agents can be wrong or dont know and the website also not give out correct information on a case status?? I agree that any one or organization can be wrong but what you are saying in my case is that ALL of the online notifications and emails and all the officers I have talked to are wrong.
  16. The tier 2 also stated that the i751 was in the process of being rescheduled. Tier 2 also said it wasn't closed or denied and she said it was.already sent.to be rescheduled. If nobody at the uscis can know or needs to know anything then basically I can work their and get paid to do nothing lol
  17. If it's as glitchy as that then what legal basis would uscis have to do anything at all? Lol.
  18. According to the recent talk with uscis the i751 wasn't closed, it went into denial because of the no show to the Interview. From then it went into a hold then the service request to have it rescheduled kicked it out of hold status and back into rescheduling phase. The uscis notifications on the i751 state that the request for reschedule is completed. According to the uscis their is no time frame for reschedule.
  19. After receiving the foia on the i751 it has a denial stamp may 7 2021. Why is everyone at the uscis tier 1 and 2 stating it wasn't denied yet? And why would it be in pre schedule phase after requesting a reschedule and the request being completed? Including no online notice of a denial. The n400 denial is on the uscis account but the i751 isn't. Very strange.
  20. Today my wife went for her citizenship interview and she answered questions correctly and everything was fine on the test but before the test commenced the officer said she had a red flag. My wife says the red flag was from a mossed appointment to remove the 3 year conditional status from her visa via marriage. We did file for removal of conditions 1751 however we never received any appointment letter or appointment time to appear. So while we were waiting for multiple years she filed her n400. Everything was going smooth as far as paperwork until her n400 interview today when she was notified that she had a red flag due to failure to appear for the removal of conditions. Her passport stamp is in date still and we never received a failure to attend letter amd we never received a letter telling us when to appear for a removal of conditions. We were under the impression that she could file for citizenship even while waiting for removal of conditions on green card. Very strange. Anyway is this red flag bad?? The other odd thing is that the officer still did the test and she passed the test. Any clarity on what we should do?
