I agree with the uscis decisions, the interview for the i751 is being rescheduled according to the uscis. You guys are trying to argue that it is not.

So according to the uscis it was denied on the exact same day as the interview date then placed on a hold (according to tier 2) then when we requested a reschedule it was put back in the que for a reschedule.

According to the uscis may 7th was the interview date, we didn't show up because no interview instructions were sent out so a no show automatically starts the proceedings for a denial. But according to the multiple uscis officials it was put on a hold and then reactivated when request for reschedule interview was completed. I can send a screenshot of a completed service rescheduling request placed on the i751. But let me guess this also lies from the uscis...

You seem to be confusing the n400 denial with the non existent 1751 denial.

What evidence do you see that states the i751 receipt number is denied?? What date was the denial? When was this denial letter sent out?

A receipt number isn't denied on the exact same day as an interview date. We are seeing internal documents snapshots of a receipt number that was on its way to a denial but isn't and wasn't denied due to being in the que to being rescheduled.

It doesn't state which receipt number is denied. May 7 was the missed interview date.

After calling uscis again and asking about the documents in the foia, may 7th was the date of the missed interview. Officer states that a couple of weeks after the missed interview on May 7 2021 the i751 was put in a supervisor hold. It was taken out of hold when the service request for a reselcjedule was put in. As of right now the i751 isn't denied and it's just waiting for another interview date and is in que to be rescheduled.

A denial notice or interview notice should be easily found or recieved by petitioners through mail/online notification/email. You guys so far have held opposite views on this. That's its normal to not recieve and not know about any of these things as a petitioner. 2. Multiple tier 1 and tier 2 officers should be able to know if an i751 is denied or not. You guys have opposite views on this and state that they don't know/shouldn't know/can't know/can't see that info. Summing up the views of you guys: BOTH the petitioner not being able to see an interview request or denial letter AND multiple tier officers at the uscis not being able to see a denial notice or interview notice is common and normal uscis procedure.

This is the only reference to the missed interview. It is basically stating a failure to show up. There is no denial of the i751 stated on this. I haven't told anyone here this yet but my mom works for the uscis. The reason why this foia document but no evidence of the i751 denial is because it takes multiple steps and multiple processes and multiple hands to process paperwork fully. One person interviews, one person stamps, one person files, one person moves files to be moved elsewhere. I am just explaining how they work in there lol. Yes the i751 was probably headed in the direction of a denial through its multiple steps and hands but never officially denied in any way that I or any other 1800 number tier 1 And 2 officer needed to see. A tier 1 and 2 sees important general information, they don't need to see info like Joe blow stamped a paper on Tuesday while eating chicken salad. This pic looks like a typical stamp placed after a no show, not any i751 denial.

Yeah no denial of the i750 and no copies of any interview. Tier 2 along with tier 1 all say its in que to be rescheduled. The screen shot I just posted doesn't even state the i751 or reference it.

Yeah and multiple tier uscis officers and multiple service requests state that it's in the que for reschedule and it's not denied. Multiple people making the same mistake is more unlikely.

Nope no copies of interview notices sent to me in the foia.

I sent screenshots of all of the online notices regarding thos i751. No notification of interview letter sent, and no denial notice online or sent.

That looks like an official denial letter that is typically sent out??? What is that date stamp for? Can you provide examples of sent out denial letters to show that this is how they usually look (with a date only stamp) And why was this hidden from both petitioner and every uscis officer that has looked at this case??

What are your guesses as to why it is so difficult to find any copies of interview letter or denial letters that were sent out at all??

I think having to file 2 different foia requests in search of an interview letter and denial letter sent to me and not turning up any both times, and multiple agents stating my case isn't denied and uscis website not stating thr i751 is denied isn't too convincing that i was sent an interview letter or denial letter.

BTW, the tier 2 stated that the i751 was put on hold and then reactivated when I put in the service request to have the interview rescheduled. The latest complete service request stated that the request for reschedule was completed. According to multiple tier 1 officers this means I was put back in the que for reschedule.
