Hello everyone, my wife and I are getting ready to send in our I-130 application this coming week but are a little confused about what determines how the government chooses between giving us an IR1 or a CR1. I understand the I is for over 2 years while the C is under. Does the fact that we will probably be married for over two years by the time our visa is approved mean that we will automatically get the IR1 instead of the CR1, or is that something that is decided earlier on in the process? I am sure that this question has been asked before but I appreciate your help. Thank you 😀
