Hello, my case (F2B) in NVC its waiting for interview in my country Georgia, but nobody call me on interview, I have tourist visa and I came in usa  yesterday, can I move my case in US? if yes can you guys help to find topic where i can read information about this situation

I have wife and child but we did not merried. after taking green card. I can sing with wife yes? never seen procces like this. some where are this situation?
