  1. Any updates on receiving the documents back? In older posts I’ve seen it can take a long time for them to mail docs back, several weeks after receiving the passport. But those posts were also made back when the passport issuing process was very delayed, it seems to be improved now.
  2. Thank you @Dashinka and @mam521! I brought the tickets but wasn’t even asked to show it. The officer simply asked what was my destination and dates of travel 😊
  3. I went on a trip abroad in between my interview and my oath ceremony. The oath notice states I need to bring supporting documents in case of travel - what would that be? Tickets proving departure/arrival dates? The trip was short and it does not impact continuous residency. thanks in advance!
  4. @islandgirl80 @Saharii how long did it end up for you to have the oath scheduled?
  5. @FrancoBegbie any updates? did you get your oath ceremony scheduled?
  6. @Marius26 also, did you get your I-751 approved/receive a 10-year GC before the oath ceremony?
  7. Thank you! And how long in advance did you receive the notice for the oath ceremony? Was it in Norfolk too?
  8. Hi @Marius26! Did you already have your oath ceremony? If so, could you please share the timeline? I am also a Norfolk filer and looking for an idea of what to expect
  9. Exact thing just happened to me 😅 here’s to an “interview scheduled” update soon 🤞🏽🙏🏾
  10. You can call USCIS or send them a message through your USCIS online account.
  11. Congrats! When was your spouse 3 year anniversary? About the combo interview, I saw a lot of responses saying spouses didn’t even get in the building (I guess they were not allowed to and had to wait outside) BUT I wouldn’t risk not going at all. If you’re going to be out of the country, I highly recommend rescheduling the interview so you’re able to be there (even outside of the building if that’s the case) if the IO has questions for you. They might not even call you in, but if the notice requires your presence, you should do so.
  12. Very similar situation here. Filed in early August as soon as my 90-day window opened, based on the 3 year rule (with a pending i751). On November 1 my estimated case decision time went down to 4 months, yesterday I checked and it went up to 6 months. I wasn’t exactly relying on this data since it looks like cases are being processed faster, but the number going up makes me wonder if we’re hitting a wall and the backlog has increased even more. A lot of people in this thread already had their 10 year GC, which makes the process smoother, but I did see a few in similar situation having their interview scheduled before their 3 year anniversary…
  13. No updates on my case (other than the decrease in the estimated time of decision with the new month). My 3-year anniversary is also coming soon (Nov. 5), hoping we all have interviews scheduled in the next few days! 🤞
