  1. Last February 2020 I submitted my and my kids fee waiver and our n400 applications along with all the requirements needed the only thing I could think of why they rejected our applications is because I didn’t get to send my Federal tax return because I haven’t filed it yet during that time so I then sent the copy of my W2 . My 2 children were both in medicaid and we move out of state and I was unemployed During that time I have all the kids info and most of the stuff they needed to prove that my kids are on Medicaid. I send them a copy of how my other income sources which Is my alimony , all copies of our greencard, divorce decree copies to prove them how much I’am getting for alimony, Bank account statements to prove how much money I have there, amount I spend to move out of state and all my current bills statement of course N400 application forms and fee waivers form. My questions are : 1. What are the rest of requirement should I send them now since i have a current job? Example Pay stubs? 2. Do I just re submit the application as is without re printing it? It has some printed numbers on the bottom part in each papers (photo attached) and a green paper with a note stating that if we wanted to re-submit we had to Just place the green note on top of the packet. And then just for me to add a note saying that I have a current job now and just provide them with my pay stubs? 3. I know I need to send my federal income tax this time but was it just for last year or the previous year too? Like 2018 and 2019? 4. Should I sent the same packet or new packet to the same address where I sent it first ? i used Fedex last time I was wondering if I could use USPS this time? But if I do it has to go to a different address 5. What do I do to the FedEx envelope they attached literally the same envelope I sent but it was just cut out the address and they place it inside the ziplock bag ? 6. Since I’am applying for a fee waiver does it means I don’t have to pay anything else ? Or do I have to pay something else just curious it could maybe one of the reason I was rejected too. 7. My eldest child is currently 17 will turn 18 on oct. of this year You think there’ s gonna be a problem later on that I should make her, her own n400 application because she will be consider adult this year? Or is because she’s still currently 17 it is not gonna be a problem later on? Thank you in advance if this is not the right Forum please just move it for me . Thank you again .
