  1. Hi! Thank you for your respond and i tried the early calculator and this is what i got.
  2. Good day VJ!, I always update here once in a while since this forum is my only resource throughout me and my children's process and I'm back again to ask questions. My 2 yrs GC was approved April 2023 and my children's 2yrs GC got approved November of 2023, I'm still anxious and wanted to make sure that I'm still doing the right process until were all done in this process. I believe its 3mos before my 2yrs GC expire, can i also file my children's GC or I need to separate mine and to them?. We have plans of travelling to PH next year or do the Cruise. I apologize if my English is not good and I hope if anyone can understand my question i always appreciate the help and advice. Thank you!

  4. Thank you. I talked to an agent (2nd time) and the "Cuba" is a typo. When he checked one kid status there is "Cuba" however when he checked all 3 applicants there is no "Cuba" at all. The "no parents listed" are all 3 applicants issue not just one, however the USC can only make a call and verify if we need to list the parent's name with forms and evidences provided since he is the petitioner of all three applicants.
  5. Good day VJ, It's been 5mos now since my children's AOS application filed, now i open their accounts ( I check status every single day) and notice a message that says XXXX Adjust Status (Cuba). I called the USCIS about this and surprised that the agent can't proceed since his application has no parents listed. OMG. What is going on now? I don't even know which service center or field office to mail and send a request or ask about this situation. Why this happened?
  6. Good day VJ! My K2 children AOS was filed May this year, no SSN yet and my husband asking how it work if the kids has no SSN and he mentioned about ITIN for tax. He wanted to list their names before filing tax early nexy year. He wanted to know what is the process, cause i don't even know about that. I apologize if my words are confusing. Thanks!
  7. K2 ftj AOS (3 children) Mailing Address: Carol Stream, IL APRIL 29, 2023: AOS Packet Mailed MAY 1, 2023: Received MAY 12, 2023: Receipt# received MAY 12, 2023: Check cash out MAY 19, 2023: Biometrics was scheduled JUNE 7, 2023: Biometrics Appointment MAY 23, 2023: RFE (medical copies) provided each applicant's packet but downloaded another copies into their USCIS acc MAY 29, 2023: Evidence uploaded.
  8. Good day VJ! We filed my K2s FTJ AOS 4 days before the 90 days entry. It's been 9 days we still don't get any text of receipt number, is that normal? When I filed mine its only 3 days I recieved my receipt #. Thanks!
  9. Good day VJ! This week we will finally mail my children's AOS paperwork and now I looked at VJs checklist and other topics that I need to provide a copy of my Affidavit of Suppport (K1/AOS)where my children are listed? Is this necessary? I couldn't find my Affidavit of Support copy instead my husband fill up each their own I-864 and I will be providing a copy of my greencard.
  10. I don't know exactly but as far as I can remember my husband told me the only border near from where we live is the Canadian border like an hour far. My children go to school and only go to the beach and parks on the weekends, so far that's our routine. And thank you, we still have another week to think about it and do the best that we can.
  11. We are panicking since we didn't expect to have an emergency that cost us a lot at the same time of filing their AOS. There are 3 kids that would cost us $3,420 and if the fees increase then this would take us a little bit longer (few months) to file. If this would be our only option (file late) for few months only is there any other forms to submit? Will they handcuff our children? I' will submit a copy of my NOA's and GC and SSN and a letter explaining why we failed to file before 90 days.
  12. Good day VJ! I would appreciate any legal answers here to my questions. My husband and I is about to file my children's AOS nextweek since their 90 days stay will expire in May 2nd. Now, in an unexpected situation (emergency) we need money and decided if possible we can file my children's AOS after a month or pass 90 days (money situation). I as a K1 has 2 yrs GC and my kids are FTJ. We are worried that they might be deported if we couldn't file in time. I'm all ears and Thank you! Carin
  13. Thank you. If you don't mind me asking because im a little confused of the whole process when exactly is the right time to apply for citizenship and the correct timeline or years because my husband(USC) has been asking me these questions. We got married on Feb 12, 2022 and wanted to make sure we follow the procedure and know what were doing. Thank you again and I appreciate your answer. Godbless!
  14. Thank you! Oh that was a mistake, My passport was changed to married "after" i file my AOS.
  15. Good day VJ! I know a lot of people here asked this but my USCIS status said " Card was Produced" now if my GC used my Maiden name and not my Married name is it possible to change it? My passport was changed to my married name after I filed my AOS. Thanks!
  16. Thank you @Chancy Another question if its okay. Does K1 and K2 has different documents when filing AOS? In this forum i only saw K1 checklist but not a separate one's for K2 especially the supporting documents. I appreciate your answer. Thank you!
  17. Good day VJ! We will file our children's AOS after admitting as K2 follow to join. I'm a little bit confused what exactly is the fee for K2 aged 10,7 and 6? I read somewhere the USCIS changed the fees again. Thank you if anyone here can answer my question. Carin
  18. I honestly don't know but I called and the lady(USCIS) told me that if I get a letter from the mail i should respond to it but if theres nothing then i can ignore it🤔. It was emailed last Feb 17.
  19. Good day VJ! I posted an issue about receiving an email and NO mail about I-693 Courtesy Request. I'm so confused and so i called the USCIS about it and told me that i will only send a respond if i got a letter from the mail. I don't know what's going on all i know is that my medical was done overseas 12-22-21 and filed my AOS 03-18-22. This is what the email: Courtesy Letter Request An initial review of the evidence submitted for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, determined that the evidence submitted was deficient for the following reasons. • A completed and signed I-693 was not submitted If you already submitted a I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record or if you are a K-1 VISA holder, please disregard this notice, no further action is needed. Once everyone has signed, the civil surgeon will place the completed Form I-693 in a sealed envelope and give it to you. You must submit the sealed envelope containing the original Form I-693 that the civil surgeon signed and the medical exam results; we will NOT accept photocopied Form I-693 and medical exam results. Civil surgeons must use the current Edition of Form I-693. You can find the current edition of Form I-693 on USCIS’ website at www.uscis.gov. My husband and I want to process their adjustment as soon as possible get their social security first but i couldn't find for K2 requirements only. I will be pleased if anyone can help. 21. Good day VJ! My husband and I will travel to the Philippines after New Year and we are confused how the pcrtest and antigen test work? We try to schedule a pcrtest and told us that the result will be in couple of days and I'm afraid we don't have our results until we arrive to our destination and I don't know how the antigen work since there is no record that tells you that we are negative. We are fully vaccinated and had our booster shots a month ago. The pcrtest here takes couple of days for the result and the validity needed is short. I couldn't find a website that would explain it further if there's any changes to their regulations. I'm sorry if my English is bad explaining my concern but I hope for those who enter the PH what documents they asked? Thank you.
