  1. Hi everyone. I hope you are doing well. My daughter was born two weeks before getting my citizenship, so to bring her to USA I applied for form I130, and it got approved and she entered the USA with me last month, now my question what I should do to apply for a citizenship and passport? Which one should be first.
  2. Hi everyone. I got tired of waiting and hopeless waiting for my wife and little daughter visa l. So I decided to go back to my home country until we all can come together. My question is. Is it okay to keep a to update my address information for a foreign physical address and forwarded address to a friend. Or that will affect and delay the processing of their cases.
  3. I've been waiting for my wife's application for almost 4 years now, thinking about at least a year and half for the baby is something I believe we can't live with.
  4. This is really disappointing. How became a US citizen will delay being with my baby girl. If this is the case I'll just pack my luggage quit my dream job and go to with them. 😢😢😢
  5. You mean a new I130 application?? I read this online not sure how accurate
  6. Dear all I really appreciate your inputs in the issue I have. I applied for my wife form I130 back in January 2020, last March the form has been approved but unfortunately USCIS hold the form for the well known mistake on where to send the application consular office or keep it in USA for adjustment of status. to rectify the problem I submitted form I824 in March to ask USCIS to forward my case to the NVC. Processing time for this form is at least a year. Last month two major changes in our life, we had a baby and I became a US citizen. My question now Do I need to submit a new I130 for the baby or it will be dependent for my wife and just add her when filling DS260 with NVC??. Thanks in advance.
  7. I filled form I130 for my wife and got approved after 3 years of waiting but unfortunately I had the common mistake and filled form I824 back in March 2023, now I became a US citizen how that could help to speed up the process?, do I need to file any form? How to notify USCIS about that to speed up my case. We are tired of separation and we just had a new baby last week. I'm really thinking about giving up my life here and quit my dream job and come back to USA after they have the visa. Any help please
