Sorry to bump the old post. but i see no decisive answer on the previous replies.
Should we write N/A to every single box?
it seems wrong to write anything on "Middle Name" box if i don't have a middle name.
same goes for "In care of Name" / "Flr."/ Province/ Postal code for us address they should be empty.
If i answered "No" on Number 16, writing anything on number 17 seems not following instruction!
Not to mention writing N/A for multiple pages of children page and extra info pages!
I know the whole discussion is silly. I have filled many forms through out my life, never thought things like that. but now its seems extreme time.
someone with very recent I-751 filing experience please confirm should i (or not) write "N/A" for every boxes that's doesn't apply
