I should be more clear, I'm talking exclusively about the NOA1. In 3 months, I have received nothing and only the run around from the lockbox facility. There are many of us on this forum waiting for the NOA1. So essentially now if they choose to reject an application for one reason or another, we have lost 3 months because of their failure to process applications and cash the check in a timely manner. They clearly have stopped processing them altogether.

Don’t do that, they will see the same applicant with two processes and then they get messed up. I read that happening.
I know that you want it, and you want it now. But dealing with USCIS is a big waiting game. Learn a new skill/hobby while you wait, otherwise you’ll drive yourself nuts.

I appreciate your advice...I didn't know before sending my application that the process take this long  just to issue NOA1 but my mistake, I should have gone with the online filling the first place...But is okay, I will be patient for another week or two while working on the online application to be be ready incase if I ever have to use it...All i have to do is canceled my money order and click submit on USCIS website and is done.
 
And then,Wheneve the lockbox realize they can't cash the money order ,they can send back the whole document back

Go to the play store or the App Store if iPhone ... and search for uscis case tracker ... and input your receipt number
