    There is one thing you can do is you can have your background check through third party and send the result to USCIS. I am not sure how much that would cost you. I remember someone posting in one of the VAWA thread that he/she done that. Think about it to see if you wanna do that. If i were you i would take that chance.

    Did you have insurance together? Did you have anything together like gym membership, 401k? even any unsolicited mail would help. Send all the mails that has same address. In addition to that write everything in detail and send it to USCIS.

    You can include i-94 if you have new one. I never really included in my package and i never included ID as well. If you wanna include you can it's not really gonna hurt.

    ah so basically she sent only to re calendar. I am not sure how long re calendar gonna take. Usually motion to re calendar and motion to dismiss are very fast. Let's see if Judge re calendrer your case god knows what date you will get. I would say call the clerk and first find out the status of your motion and then i would say let him/her know what's your intention is for instance you would like to dismiss because you have X case approved. Also ask your attorney why she did not send motion to dismiss? What is the reason behind it? Probably she would have better explanation.

    How many motions did your attorney send to court? I am not sure why your attorney wants to go to judge. She should have submitted two motions together. I know someone whos asylum was admin closed. His attorney sent two motions to his judge, One to reclander the case and one to terminate. After a month Judge just terminated the asylum case.

    Yes absolutely call the Clark and find out. Usually it takes around 30 days. However, it depends where are you and how busy your judge is. Go ahead and call the Clark. Politely ask him/her you called to find out status of your motions.

    It is hard to tell how long they will update. However use all your options to make sure uscis really update your new address in their systems.

    Do you mean section? My section box says " Self-petitioning spouse of USC or LPR. Is that something you are asking?

    wow. you should have travelled. AP is free anyways if you have paid for i-485. In addition to that you did not have to travel back to your country. You could have traveled to others countries like Canada or Europe.

    I waited 2 months, i did not get anything. Then i reached out to my congress person and they were able to get me in 15 days.

    Have you applied for asylum? I know people will discourage you. Even they did same with me. However, i took my chances and traveled like 7 times. lol

    I can feel that. Just hang in there. I know it is tough. I am glad they are reopening your case. I do not know if you can travel with AP. If you can then i think you should.
