  14. it could take anywhere 6 months to 1 year. Check your local field office how long they are taking to approve form i-485.
  15. There are chances they might wave your interview. However, like i said it is up to you how comfortable you are. What you can do is talk to attorney let them know your situation and ask them if they can join you if you receive interview.

  17. Not gonna argue. But personally they have done it for me and like i said i helped someone to expedite through congressperson 2 weeks ago. Congressperson requested additional documents because asked for it like doctor's letter and note.
  18. Congress person can help to expedite. I just helped someone expedite AP application through congress person 2 weeks ago and it got approved in a week.
  19. What do you mean documents? RFE? applications? It is taking 7 to 9 months for EAD/AP lately.

  21. @Demisegot approved recently. go through demise's post you will get the clear picture. I think for demise it took 3 weeks in total if i am not wrong from interview to green card in hand.
  22. just wait some time to see if you receive that. Technically you should get it both together.
  23. I do not think there would be an interview. However, i have seen people approved in between 1 to 3 months. So give it some time before you panic. It is just a week they received your medical so give them some time.
  24. You just need to wait. Why do you want to expedite? On what basis?
