    When did your attorney send a letter to CIS to reopen and how long did it take to reopen?

    I do not think that would be an issue. Since it is gonna be a long week end. USCIS will not process these until may be end of next week. The same thing has happened to one of my cousins. USCIS did process his application as normal.
