    Yes it is normal. I would say give it 1 more month if you don't get it then involve your congressperson. Lately for some uscis is taking 2 to 3 months for receipts.

    You are sending to Vermont. It is safe to travel. I traveled almost 7 times on AP there was no issue whatsoever.

    no tier 2 will not have much access either. Just him/her for the appointment.

    that is so messed up. try to chat with them through emma. second if you make a phone call again tell them you want to speak to tier 2 officer then explain your situation.

    Then i would say return that to USCIS that has your i-360 receipt number. It must be a mistake from their end.
