  1. Yes VAWA GC holder can file online. No they do not have to include the citizenship of the former spouse.
  2. I can understand your situation. Just hang in there you almost there. Good time is ahead.
  3. probably they will send you a approval notice. Let's wait and see if you receive anything from the USCIS. Other thing i would do is to visit local filed office to inquiry about the i-485.
  4. Did you receive the approval notice? Personally i think they just touched your file and that update could be a system glitch.
  5. I agree what demise said. Reach out to your congress person they would help you to get the receipt notices. That was happened to me back in 2021.
  6. That's unbelievable. Is it May 2023 or 2024? it is over 18 months already. You should have gotten your EAD by now. Try to contact your congress person. Which service center is processing your application? If it is VAWA related it should be in Vermont and Vermont is taking 8 months. What category is your EAD?
  7. At this point i would involve my congress person to get the update.
  8. It depends. For some people it is Request for Initial Evidence and personally for me it was Request for initial and additional evidence. So not worry about it.
  9. congratulations. It is taking 2 to 3 weeks lately to get the EAD then you will get the approval notice within 1 to 3 months.
  10. Hello Family and @Demise I would like to know how much does VAWA cost with i-485, i-765, and I-131 now. I know i-360 is free but would like to know fees associated with other forms. I would like to find out some one i know and since USCIS changed the fees recently so i am not sure how much it cost now. If anyone lately applied please response back. Thanks.
  11. It is taking 8 to 10 months. If you are lucky you would probably get in 4 to 6 months.
  12. reach out to your senator. also call them again and tell them you need to make an info pass appointment to find out the status of your i-485.
  13. yes you can use your C09 EAD/Ap. It is still valid. NY is taking somewhere 8 to 12 months to call for interview or make a decision. I would say wait 6 months, if you do not hear anything within that time frame then make a info pass appointment.
  14. Hopefully they will approve soon. Just hang in there.
  15. Probably they touched your file. When is your Prima Facia supposed to expire? I once got the same notification, and later received prima Facia in the mail.
  16. Do not worry. You will get approved by tomorrow. on what basis he said your case is weak?
  17. $ 650 is reasonable price. consultation fee is kind of expensive.
  18. congratulations. you can do your medical now since it does not expire now. I think USCIS changed the policy recently about the medical.
  19. my doses were in 2020 as well. Do not worry about your medical part as long your doctor approved it you should be fine. Try to make the info pass appointment.
  20. you do not need booster. I did not mine last year i did not get the booster. you should be fine with the medical. Since it is 60 days now i would say contact your congress person or make the info pass appointment.
