    1) No hand delivery cannot be done to USCIS. the only acceptable are Fedex, USPS, UPS mail carriers 2) check this out https://www.uspsconnect.com/local - same day delivery 3) no the package must be delivered to the address by the due date 4) no idea what will happen but the risk is they might deny your case

    she is already a green card holder so there is no e34 visa for you. as others have said she will sponsor under the green card holder sponsoring spouse category. Right now the spouse category of green card holder has a priority date of 08SEP20 which mean it will be about 3+ years before you can immigrate to US i would say get started asap. every day delay puts you back in line

    the day you enter US Soil, you are a green card holder. The card is just a symbolic figure for your status. i do not think there is a single timeline for the card to arrive. some people get it in 30 days while others get it in 1 year

    your medicals have expired if they are valid only for 2 years. they need to be valid on the day the adjudicators looks at your 485. it is what it is .. just do the medical again.. for work/travel card you dont pay any fee for renewal

    your i-140 denied means your 485 will be denied soon. once your b-2 i-94 expires ( usually is 6 months from the day you enter usa) you will be out of status.

    i have a deep untrust for lawyers in US . They will wag their tail for anything. they want to make money and have nothing to lose even if your case gets denied. i have seen a dime in dozen law firms who dont give a penny about applicant when their cases get denied. They are like puffff its in the contract we are not responsible..

    USCIS thinks you dont qualify EB2-NIW. so reapplying with the same credentials is throwing your money in vegas. They already denied what makes them approve the next time without any further qualification. clearly an Architect with Bachelors degree does not qualify for NIW. To be honest your qualifications are not what NIW gets approved . Most folks who apply for NIW either have PHD and publications in hand at research level or have accolades at national/international level. You can try but the odds are minute . get a job and ask your employer to file in Eb-2 regular or Eb-3

    just got my 10 year card in Hand today. Approval was last week. Approval notice came monday and Card arrived today. Happy July 4th to all !🎆

    i think its silly that they are approving military spouses like as if US is at war. There is no reason that military spouses get this priority. its not like they are fighting for the country. pretty ridiculous though

    First 1) you make the decision to move to US. 2) Until Step is underway .. just live life in Amsterdam 3) Once step 1 is underway get married in netherlands. you can file for CR1 spouse visa which take about 2-3 years if you start today. No there is no permit /visa that allows for spouses to stay for that long. he can apply for H1b visa ( you need to know the process) which allows him to stay in US for 3-6 years as himself . this means he needs to work for that employer during that period in US with in/out privileges. Also netherlands does not allow dual citizenship fyi

    you cannot expedite naturalization first and even for trivial reasons like children's summer time. you have to use your green card and current citizenship passport to travel
