    Two ways 1) marry a US citizen and they can sponsor you for green card 2) Find a job and than your employer has to file for h1b visa. You need atleast a bachelors degree for that . Once you start working for your employer than they may start a green card process. Other than that there are no other options for partners or boyfriends/girl friends category

    your question that is personal to your case has no answer. While some one might get approved in 3 months while others wait for 3 years. There is absolutely no way to tell how much time an individual case can take. all every one is providing is an estimate . What USCIS provides is an estimate of time for 80% of cases. Do you know your case in that 80% is like asking what number will hit the lottery

    First step dont do this. A very very bad idea if things turn ugly US citizens are required to use US passport to enter/exit US soil. ICE detention is no fun. rebooking tickets is not the end of world
