    Yes it will force USCIS to complete the background check. if background check is not complete , USCIS is responsible to explain to judge why the background check is not complete. Worst case USCIS can ask for more time and does not mean the case will be denied. Case will be not be denied cause WOM is filed. There is nothing wrong with filing WOM to get an adjudications. WOM only forces courts to intervene. it does not mean case will be denied or approved. it just means USCIS has to explain the cause of delay to court.

    you can email lockbox if you dont get a status update and they will get back in a few days . there is a lockbox email. google it

    got text message today morning with Receipt number . Hopefully receipt comes through in a few days

    Filed ROC on 12/15 with Dallas lockbox . Credit card got charged today . No receipt number or text yet.
