    only a judicial ceremony with a judge swearing you will allow you to change name. these are not scheduled daily. most uscis offices offering same day oath are done by USCIS officers and they do not have legal power for name change approval. Only a judge can do that

    Yes i have filed. 30 days for AUSA to respond to mandamus. 90 day adjudication settlement time given by AUSA.

    Its not. you dont need a legal degree to file mandamus. all you need to is some home work and write a pro se complaint.. most mandamus are quickly adjudicated cause law of least effort by AUSA and courts dont want to waste resources. Mandamus is a DIY case if you are ready spend some weekends researching the law.

    you dont need to pay 5k for mandamus. it costs 402$ for court case filing and some research on immigration law to write up the mandamus.. n-400 mandamus is not that difficult to file Pro-se

    we need to replace the entire congress and government. its not USCIS but the bureaucracy of 90 year olds in congress for like 50 years

    you wont know anything.. some times your case could go to secondary review before they clear check . that can take up to 60 days.

    still wondering what the fraud here is. Indian police gave him police clearance certificate . i cant tell what the dowry issue but unless there is documented agreement that money was given as dowry, this will be a waste of time and resources... it will be he said she said scenario

    what is the immigration fraud here ? clearly confused about the post. marriage didnt work out and he wanted a divorce. proving anything here is pretty difficult and why would ICE get involved..
