  1. I have been watching this graph since mid April. It was at 49 days and now its 58 days. I guess it's slowly increasing.
  2. Also, don't forget about the time it takes for USCIS to send your case after approval to the NVC. It used to be 30 days and now it much longer.
  3. That's right, Dec 2021 and earlier cases timeline are even more depressing ๐Ÿ˜ฉ.
  4. Ahhhh, so the bottleneck is still at the USCIS. We are just trading early approval wait time for a longer case transfer to NVC wait time.
  5. if it's country dependent then the bottleneck is at the embassies. If it is not, I hope someone would notice the wait time between USCIS and the NVC and doing something about it๐Ÿ™.
  6. If it takes up to 30 days for tier 2 to call me, I should call and ask for tier 2 now so when they call me its perfect time to ask: "where is my case man!? Its been 30 days"
  7. I'm reading the I-797 again and it says to contact the NVC after 30 days. Should we do this after 30 days instead of after 60 days?
  8. For K1people, do we need to worry about Public Charge and DS-5540 form?
  9. My fiancรฉe lives in a very rural area where there are no house address and mails don't get deliver. What will happen if we don't get the packet in the mail from the US embassy to summon for an interview? What should I do ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ? Thank you.
  10. Hi Guys, On the 4th step, Who is the Greenbaum and how do I contact them? And what is an Embassy's P3? Thanks in advance.
  11. I finally got my approval today: NOA1 - 19 April 2022 NOA2 - 30 May 2023 I hope very one will get their approval soon too ๐Ÿ™. And thanks @FilledesEtoiles for keeping us updated every day here.
  12. If I haven't got an approval yet, is that mean I'm getting left behind at this point since there are about 20% case left? ๐Ÿ˜Œ
  13. Not sure why USCIS tortures people like this. They should just finish 1 month before go to the next one.
  14. It is working now and showing the exact same message of my case for the past year ๐Ÿ˜‚
  15. If my math checks out ๐Ÿ˜‚ and the rate of USCIS processing cases stays the same, most cases should be processed by the next 7 to 8 business days. However, it looks like they gonna start working on May cases next week. So I'm expecting the rate that they processing April cases will slowdown. I think.
  16. I think you are in the 74500 group. Next time FilledesEtoiles post an update here, you can look for the 74500 line and it will tell you how many people in that group approved etc.
  17. quick question: how did they notify you guys? Is it via an email? Many thanks!
  18. I believe you can try check the website of the embassy at that specific location. Each embassy does it a bit differently.
