Oh thanks, this is mind relaxing to hear. This was the US Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq. My wife application was quick, that is why I got a little worried, I remember for my wife they stamped her visa next day and mailed it.

Timeline is long but that delay was from us, the interview was on December 1st, 2024 and we sent them all the required documents 10 days ago. This is the last update as of today, it shows case last update as of today it we haven't received any emails asking for more documents and visa status still showing refused.

My mother did here interview and they asked for her birthday certificate, medical exam and passport to be sent later. We did all of the above and I've been checking here case. However there has been two case updates and visa status still showing refused! Last update is today, and now we are worried because we have not heard back from them and looks like they touched the file , otherwise why it will show last update as of today. Please see uploaded screenshot and let me know if you had a similar situation. Thanks.

Hello, I'm helping a friend apply for her parents to come to America, she has two minor siblings and based on what we read , they are considered derivative beneficiaries. The question is, where can we add them to be accompanied with principal applicatant ? We didn't find it anywhere on I-30 form to add derivative beneficiary. Please advise and thanks.
