  1. Thanks! It is a complicated situation given our jobs that I had to explain throughout. I'll file it under the 5 year rule.
  2. Hello I initially got my marriage-based green card (conditional) in April 2021 I just got my 10-year green card I wanted to confirm - 1) We've only now started living together (Summer 2024) - so the 3 year rule doesn't really work for me 2) In which case, I can't apply for citizenship by N400 until April 2026? Based on the 5 year rule which I believe is from the date of your initial green card. Would appreciate any help! Many thanks.
  3. I filed my I751 with a mailing address in Texas and my physical address in NY where I am. I'm in the medical field and my physical address changes a lot. I have moved to Virginia and have to change my address online within 10 days from what I understand. I'm trying to do it online. It asked me for my physical address and I put down my address in Virginia. For mailing address, should I put my original Texas mailing address? To keep things consistent. Does it matter? I don't want my I751 to be delayed further or it moving to a different processing center. Thanks for your help!
  4. So I just received the 48 month extension letter I've been crossing the border with the 24 month extension letter Can i continue to travel with the 24 month letter? I would rather keep the 48 month one at home as a backup. I saw someone post about it here and seems like I can. But i'm anxious and need to double check 😃
