I received my biometrics and access code today! It was issued on the 16th. I talked to the agent and they said no extension notice has been issued yet. I assume it will be issued in the next 2-3 days. I need to provide employment verification for my I-9 by June 26 so I am hoping they issue it soon!

Absolutely not! The form is the easiest part of the application.the gathering evidence and printing everything was the harder part!

Hey! We sent a cashier check so no way to know if they took the money. I can only assume they did. I only included one G-1145 with my information (petitioner) and I received the text. You will receive yours soon!

Got a text with my IOE # this morning! Now to wait for the rest of the notices in the mail.

I think the main issue is if you all continue to stay together. The evidence all looks good and shows a continued marriage. If your spouse does not cooperate during the interview, that is a whole different story!

It’s so weird that the letter said you can use your SSN only if you have authorization from Homeland Security. Like how is that a confirmation of an unrestricted SSN?

Anyone receive their NOA1 or any kind of movement for June filers? Impatiently waiting for my NOA or at least any kind of indication that it’s been accepted.

I did a self check and it showed that I am authorized to work! I imagine it will remain that way as long as USICS at least processes my file by then.

Okay I see - don’t they use e-verify to make sure you are authorized to work in the United States though? Would this come back as unauthorized if I do not get my conditional green card extended? I just applied for my unrestricted SSN and should have that hopefully within the 2 weeks they said I would.

Hi all - I am in an issue where my conditional green card expires July 27 and I start a new job, July 31. I have already applied for my removal of conditions June 9th and am crossing all my fingers and toes that the notification comes before July 31st, but have no guarantees as I am dealing with USCIS after all. I am wondering what other options do I have? Couple I can think of: 1. I have applied for an unrestricted SSN and am hoping to use that for I-9 verification as a last resort. However, I imagine when my employer uses e-verify, if USCIS has not processed my I-751 application by then I would not be employment authorized at that point? 2. I’m wondering if I should ask my employer to start me earlier. I just don’t want to ask something like “is there a possibility I can start earlier due to my conditional green card expiring July 27?” 3. I could just delay my start date which is something I would rather avoid doing! Any insights or experiences with this would be greatly appreciated!

Now that your SAVE changed to returned to agency did you get your unrestricted SSN issued?

Nvm, just got off the phone with SSN. This is incorrect. I will have to go again tomorrow. Going to a different one this time!
