    Firstly, the payments must be accepted and processed before you can sign up the ds260 forms. After, you will need to fill out the i864w forms, hand sign and mail it along with the required documents. You received a list of these documents plus a cover sheet with a barcode in the welcome letter.

    Hi, this is my timeliness. I824 approved October 2022 Received welcome letter November 2022 Documentary qualified March 2023 Expedited May 2024, approved May 2023 Medical June 13, 2023 Interview June 15. 2023 Now awaiting passports

    You can get a document of no impediment from your country. It's available at the office where marriages are registered

    Hi All, Can someone who has been through the process of getting their VAWA derivatives to the USA help me please. How long after being documentarily qualified do the receive an interview date? My abusive ex-husband is a citizen. My kids priority date is 2019 and they are in Jamaica. They are documentarily qualified since March 2023.

    My green card was approved in April 2022. I filed the i824 and it was approved I October 2022. The file is now at nvc and I paid the fees and completed the ds260 and ds261

    Good evening, can you please answer a question for me pls. I have 2 kids that im filing for outside of the country. Do i sign up 2 i864w forms? I can't seem to be able to submit the i864w online as I'm not given the option. Do I mail in the form to NVC since it's i360 related? The kids are VAWA derivatives. I'm trying so hard to get everything submitted
