I am a US Citizen and i have applied for my parents green card visa petition.They live in pakistan. They received their interview date for the second week of april. Interview letter provided further instruction like how to sign up for courier service which we have been trying but website tells us to "regsister and select a pick up location" but when we follow the link it takes us to portal.ustraveldocs .com. we tried to create account overthere but the website just gives us message with error by saying"the The country you are registering for is no longer active". can anyone help us how to sign up for courier service for the Islamabad US Embassy?

I filed Green card petition for my parents and Back in February 2024 National Visa Center informed me that they received all documents and fees regarding my parents' case and now they will transfer the both cases to the Islamabad embassy for interview to be scheduled. Since then we have been waiting. Do you guys have any idea how long does it take for Islamabad embassy to call for an interview for a green card petition?

Can you tell me the time it takes NVC to transfer the case to the Islamabad Embassy? Can anyone tell me how long it takes to schedule an interview at the Islamabad Embassy approximately?
