  2. Thank you Sandra, It clears to me now.
  3. Okay TBone Thanks for your advice also.
  4. Hi Sandra Thank you, i was expecting to get your response also to confirm. One lawyer told me the same about my residency is where i file my tax, so i have filed my tax in Florida. Without doubt this is where i will file my N-400. I am going back to Florida next month, Now do i have to wait 90 days in Florida before i file the N-400?
  5. Thank you Demise, I got my PR through vawa also. I was just worried about change of address i didn't do since i am in Texas. That was my biggest worried, it was about the change of address i didn't do since i am in Texas. Thanks
  6. Hi olduser, - In this case i can still submit change of address since i already spent 10 months in texas? then file for my N400 using Texas address? - 2nd if i go back to Florida meaning i have to wait 3 months before i file N400? Please give me your point of vue which one is better to avoid any trouble. Many thanks.
  7. Thank you for your response TboneTx Actually i have my fiance still living there, so my plan was not to permanently move to Texas, i was planning to go back to Florida, That's why i am confused about which adress to use. So if i go back to Florida then no need to submit change of address. I can submit my N400 with the Florida address right away?
  8. Hi old user, Thank you for your response. I have been at my friend's place(in texas) for 10 months now and i didn't update my New adress since i am still keeping my other apartment in Florida lease and rent receipts. So it better to cancel my lease apartment from Florida and submit address change from texas with new address and apply for N-400?
  9. Hi, I'd like to file for my N400 citizenship, since i became permanent Residence in Florida i never move to different apartment till i lost my job, i decided to go stay with a friend in Texas for work but i still keep my old apartment in my name(lease) in Florida. I am worried, was i supposed to make change of address with USCIS anywhere i go as PR? Cuz i didn't do it. Will it affect my N400? Which address should i use to fill for N400? I still have my old address(in Florida) i kept, and all my mails go there i didn't move out and i am currently with a friend's place in Texas for work. I am so confused actually. Thank you in advance for your differents advices.
